Theodora Farmaki is a Researcher at the Institute of Applied Life Sciences - INAB | CERTH. In 1995, she received a Master's Degree in Plant Biotechnology from the University of London, while in 1999 she was received a PhD on the study of the Golgi mitotic membrane reduction mechanism from the Department of Anatomy and Physiology at the Dundee University, United Kingdom. Her current research focus is on the study of signal transmission mechanisms during plant stress, with a broader field of research on plant and animal cell physiology, cell biology, membrane circulation, and biochemical and cellular signaling mechanisms.
